What I've been up to....

Had lunch right off work yesterday afternoon, around 2pm, with my uncles, my grandmother, my bro n my mum @ Seoul Garden ( Bugis Junction branch )... in celebration of my uncle's birthday... what we adore about the restaurant is the Korean concept it carries - it allows us to cook our food just the way we want it to be - for example, if you feel like grilling your meat to well done, go ahead...

A large grill is provided with a soup of choice in the middle of the table, and the variety of raw and cooked food is amazing... ranging from seafood to marinated chickens of diff flavours... to dessert you can make to your liking... my mum made her own version of ice kacang and I made my own version of coke float, only with chocolate ice cream instead of vanilla... hehe

Conducted a personal tuition session after that, followed by a refreshing, heart-pumping long distance running workout with my hubby to end the day... Today, had been a more relaxing one... spending time with my dear at Queenstown library followed by relaxing, scenic walk in the newly opened Terminal 3 @ Changi Airport, despite the crowd... will let my dear faee elaborate on that one in his own entry...
